The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – National surfer Carlos “Cali” Muñoz was showcased in the fourth round of the National Surf Circuit played in Playa Dominical over the weekend.
The House of Marley Cup belonged to “Cali”, who is also considered one of the best surfers in the country today.
He was even the first to receive a perfect 10 in the semifinals, this thanks to his extraordinary skill on the table and wave height.
But where he did his best was in the final where he had a 15.33 lead above Angelo Ramon and Tailiani Bonomelli.
Muñoz was more than pleased with the win and said he was impressed with the level of the future stars in the surfing circle.
The surfer will leave the country again in a few days to take the next step in the pursuit of his goal, qualifying for the World Tour for the World Association of Surfing Professionals.
The fifth round of the Olympus National Tour will be held on April 26 and 27 in the town of Santa Teresa.
