The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Do you have your resume ready? If not, prepare it! These last days of October will have several job fairs where hundreds of employers will offer both temporary and permanent positions.
Tomorrow, the 15 companies are participating in the fair at the American University, which will have 500 vacancies. The companies include: Bank of Costa Rica Les’s Go Internship, Phillip Morris International, Global Black Panther Multivex, Empleos.net, Akamai, Babel Group, Young 360, Indian Hotel, Rule Financial, Walmart of Mexico and Central America, Consuhotel, Western Union, Convergys, and Hewlett-Packard, among others.
This event will be held on Wednesday, October 29 at the seat of St. Peter, and on Thursday the 30th, at the headquarters of UAM located in Carthage (located in Paseo Metropolis). Both days you can bring your resume (both in print and digital) between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm.
At Lincoln Plaza, another fair will be held from Thursday, October 30 until Saturday, November 1st.
Companies are asking that applicants have their resume available in both digital and print as well. The fair will be open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Additionally Ekono is also recruiting staff. The department store has 300 temporary positions, of which 25% will be kept on permanently, which of course is depending on the worker’s performance.
