Strong Potentially Damaging Winds Will Continue Through the Night

The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The strong winds resulting from high atmospheric pressure are expected to continue in Costa Rica through tomorrow.

According to the National Meteorological Institute, 40 kph wind gusts were measured and could reach up to 90 kilometers per hour.

The worst of the wind will be in Guanacaste, the Central Valley and mountain areas, so it is recommended to be careful of fallen branches, electric lines and other structures.
